VITA BREVIS
For eighteen years I photographed for others — clients, brands, magazines. This series is the work I made for no one but myself. I return to flowers because they hold the paradox I keep meeting in life: they are at their most beautiful in the moment they begin to disappear. Each bloom is a small clock. A way to look at time without flinching. These images are not really about flowers. They are about the seconds between joy and loss, intensity and stillness — the emotions that come without announcement and leave without permission. I photograph what I cannot keep.
